Abstract Art Understood From Afar

When looking at “Red Riverbank” up close, it might be hard to tell what you’re looking at.  Up close, it might look like a lot of colors fighting for their own areas of domain.

When stepping back, one can see that the colors have their own space defined . . . and, one can see that they cooperate a bit better.

It’s not necessary to see the green bridge framing the top, the purple vines descending, the blue water below – anchored by the red river bank at the bottom.

If one just takes a breath, one could just feel joy.
