“Wise Moon’s Mercy On A Dry Land” has been updated for competition.
Principal photography by Bob Deever (hawk, background and moon – and CM Deever (Scotty Deever, Mom), with the foreground assembled from 3 photos taken in Colorado about 60 years ago (give or take).
The 1st layer was Bob’s background and moon, followed by the 2nd to 4th layers of elements of Mom’s high-altitude, rocky mounds.
Before, I added the hawk, the artwork just took over and created itself from then on. It’s a tribute to Bob’s love of flight and space.
